The Cripple Creek Homeowners Association is organized to own and maintain the commons within the boundaries of the Cripple Creek Addition in the city of Lincoln, Nebraska. The Association collects assessments for maintenance and other costs as provided by the Restrictive Covenants attached to each member’s deed.
